Team Lead of Farm

We are a dynamic Affiliate company, Traffic Corsar. We are scaling our infrastructure department and looking for an experienced Team Lead for the Farmer Team, who will lead the mass creation and auto-warming of email accounts. What needs to be done: Team management: coordination of farmers, planning, KPI control, participation in hiring and training. Quality control: organizing seamless registration and warming of emails for media buying needs. Analytics: monitoring account survival (trust), analyzing blocks, and optimizing instructions. Our expectations: Experience in Affiliate as a Team Lead or Farmer for at least 1 year. Deep understanding of anti-fraud system algorithms (Google, Microsoft) and ban triggers. Understanding of the process math (account cost, expenses, time payback). Leadership qualities, ability to build discipline. Experience with automation software will be a significant advantage.
