Senior Facebook Media Buyer (iGaming)

We are looking for a Senior Facebook Media Buyer who will be the first buyer in the department and take responsibility for its launch, testing, scaling, and further development. This position is for someone who is ready to not just work within an established system, but to build one. Your tasks: - Launching, optimizing, and scaling Facebook Ads in Gambling / iGaming. - Searching for and testing new GEOs, offers, approaches, and creatives. - Analyzing ROI / CPA / LTV / Profit and making data-driven decisions. - Forming your own workflow and scaling system. - Documenting work approaches for further development of the department. - Searching for and purchasing ad accounts for your own work. - Forming and maintaining the necessary account pool. What is important: - 2+ years of experience with Facebook Ads in Gambling / iGaming. - Proven experience in profitable traffic acquisition. - Experience working with significant budgets and scaling. - Understanding of account infrastructure. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to make independent decisions. - High level of autonomy and ownership. A plus would be: experience in launching a Facebook department from scratch, working with various GEOs, and building processes for a future team.
