Financier / Financial Manager

We are a systematic company in traffic arbitration. We are looking for a financier with experience in the field to work with operational payments and cash flow control. Responsibilities: Working with crypto cards and exchanges (replenishments, limits, exchanges, balances). Daily replenishment of accounts, payment of expenses (accounts, software, proxies, services). Salary payments to the team in cryptocurrency wallets. Monitoring cash flow and working with accounts receivable. Forming Cash Flow, PnL, and calculating Gross/Net Profit considering cuts, commissions, OpEx, and exchange rate differences. Requirements: Experience of at least 1 year as a financier specifically in an affiliate/arbitration team. Practical experience with crypto cards and exchanges at operational volumes. Understanding of financial flows and the structure of expenses/income in media buying (Ad Spend, Payouts, Hold Period, reconciliations with networks/advertisers). Ability to work with a large volume of transactions. Confident user of Google Sheets/Excel and experience with accounting systems (Finmap, PlanFact, etc.). Knowledge of API exports from Keitaro or payment systems will be a plus. Conditions: Full-time, 100% Remote. Competitive and timely payment. Stability in a strong team.
