ADV manager

Tasks: - Traffic sales; - Cold outreach to advertisers, closing deals with them, and integration into the system (you will need to build your partner base from scratch under the guidance of the team lead); - Traffic optimization, statistical analysis, financial-legal aspects; - Researching competitors/market trends; - Creating Excel reports; - Attending conferences (business trips). We are looking for in the team: - A proactive, motivated person who wants to master this profession for the long term and earn above-average salary in the labor market, someone who is interested, able to learn independently, seek information, assimilate it, and apply it in practice; - Ability to work in a multitasking mode and handle a large volume of information; - It is important to have a good memory and focus, active, teachable, able to systematize and structure the information received, and high self-discipline; - Communicative with a desire to communicate a lot and develop in the field of negotiations and working with objections.
