Team Lead of Media Buying

We are looking for not just a manager, but a strong hands-on Team Lead who continues to work independently with traffic, test connections, scale profitable campaigns, and wants to build their own buying unit. We work with external offers — Extendy and similar platforms. We consider experience with both CPA and Spend models. In this position, it is important not only to manage the team but also to stay hands-on: control P&L, find working connections, scale results, and develop buyers. You will already have a ready system: 🛠️ Tech 🎨 Creative 🤝 Affiliate 💰 Finance Our Senior Media Buyers have recently been earning $7K–15K+ net/month, while the team operates without a Team Lead. Your task is to enhance this result, build processes, and scale the unit. We are considering: ✔️ Team Lead from Gambling/iGaming ✔️ Senior Buyer who is effectively performing TL functions ✔️ TL with an established team ✔️ TL without a team — starts as a hands-on TL and after a successful probation period gets the opportunity to build their own unit We are also open to candidates with 50% product / 50% external offers experience.
